Project Background
Roads and transit in South Fulton CID area are heavily used by workers and businesses. In key areas, lack of traffic infrastructure or degrading quality of roads can decrease safety for drivers and pedestrians, as well as impede business and personal transportation.
Project Description
The South Fulton CID has dedicated a portion of its yearly budget to coordinate quick, responsive projects to close transportation gaps.
Past project examples:
- The addition of ADA seating and trash can at the Fairburn Park & Ride MARTA Stop.
- Survey of residents to determine support of MARTA’s Route 188 bus service.
