The SFCID funded civil engineering design for an access road to relieve more traffic from SR 74 and connect to the park and ride. The project included a 3-lane commercial access road with curb and gutter, sidewalks on both sides of roadway, lighting, storm drain system, and 80’ right-of-way from the existing dead end.
